I make most items by hand, often under the supervision of two needy black cats.
This shop is my love letter to standing out, dressing up, and finding joy in the process.

When will I get my order?
Most orders go out within 1-3 business days. I package and ship everything myself so I hope you understand if there is a small delay.
For any items that are 'Made to Order' or 'Custom' those can take up to 3 weeks of processing time for me to make and process to ship.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
What is your return policy?
I have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I do ship internationally!
Do you take custom orders?
Occasionally! It depends on my current workload. Most of these are going to be via custom embroidery through patches or on the front of my bags, or clothing, but I can also make some of my items in another dye color or pattern that I have in stock, if specifically requested.
Note: Special requests cost more then regular products, and are considered Made to Order for processing times.
(This means it can take up to 3 weeks to receive your order depending on the scope of the project.)

How much does shipping cost?
I do offer Free Shipping on orders over $99 (CAD).
Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
Do you have a newsletter or offer discounts?
I do have a newsletter! I try to send out one every month to update on what is new with the shop, as well as any Markets, Sales/Promotions I am going to run.
Every new subscriber receives a 10% discount code sent to their email.
